Minimalist compositions
Minimalist compositions where simplicity rules can be a very effective means to crystallize a scene. Avoiding distracting elements is always a necessary step to making a good photograph (and not always an easy task). Going one step further by only capturing the bare minimum components can create a much more impactful and powerful image. Carefully analyzing a scene before taking a photo is always a good way to eliminate elements that are not helping or adding to the story.
